Organizations are basically made up of people who constitute the most important asset of any organizations, for it is through them that Organizational mission ,goals, and objectives are accomplished .If this is the case, then the management of people within on organizational frame work has always been and continues to be an important component of the total management process. So that, human resource is most valuable asset for national renaissance as well as regional organizational growth. Human resources are indispensable component in every policy and strategies with out human resource development are impossible.
Conversely, let us protect our human resources from HIV/AIDs and from other communicable disease in order to attain intended goals.
